There are two large bedrooms which can be equipped with double or single beds, both with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is a large bathroom with a sunken bath and a walk in hydro shower.

The fully fitted kitchen has all the appliances you would expect at home including a dishwasher and microwave.

SPECIAL FEATURE

To the rear of the villa is a private summer home. This consists of a large 4 poster bed which comes with mosquito nets for those who like to sleep outdoors. This increases the sleeping capacity to 6. A large dining table & chairs to seat 8 and futher sofas and chairs.

Within the rear garden is a purpose built BBQ and some additional tables & chairs.

A private swimming pool in currently being installed in the front garden as well as a parking area for two cars. There is also a large terraced area with numerous tables & chairs.
