When you book a rental property with us,
please note the following. A 25% deposit is required to secure
the booking with the remainder to be paid 6 weeks prior to
arrival. A 350€ damages deposit is required on all bookings,
this is refunded in part or full within 7 days after departure
from the property. Please read our terms & conditions for
more details. The rental charge includes a meet & greet
24/7 and support throughout your stay. The rental charges
stated are correct at the time publishing, charges may vary
during Christmas & Easter
